Thank you for choosing Central Texas Disposal (CTD) for your garbage disposal needs. We truly appreciate your business and value every one of our customers.
Billing & Payments
- Payments are due recurring on the date your services started.
- If payment is not received within 10 days after the bill date, a $15 late fee will be applied to your next bill.
- If payment is not made, trash service will be suspended until payment is received.
- Auto Pay customers will be charged automatically on the recurring service start date.
- Payments must be made through the office, by mail, or online only.
- Do not leave payments on trash cans, as CTD is not responsible for payments not received by the office.
Residential Service Guidelines
- Residential service includes one 96-gallon CTD container, serviced once per week per household.
- Personal or extra cans are not included in monthly billing.
- Any extra trash not placed in a CTD container will be charged $5 per additional can, or more depending on the amount of trash.
- Trash must be placed by the roadside by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day. No exceptions.
Acceptable & Prohibited Materials (Residential)
Collection is limited to household trash only.
Items NOT accepted:
- Construction debris
- Dead animals
- Hazardous waste (including paint cans, batteries, motor oil, chemicals, ammunition, or similar materials)
- Metal, wire, tires, or brush
- Shingles
- Ash from burned garbage
- Dirt, rocks, or yard debris
These materials are not considered household garbage and will not be collected.
Weight & Container Use
- Please be mindful of placing overly heavy items in containers (such as wet garbage, boxes, or books).
- If the container is too heavy for the truck to lift, pickup will not occur.
- Damage to cans caused by pulling or dragging with a vehicle, or placing hot ash in cans, will not be covered.
- A replacement fee will apply for damaged containers.
Holiday Schedule
- If an observed holiday falls on your scheduled service day, you will be notified of the rescheduled pickup day.
- Notifications will be provided via email or text message, and posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Dumpster Services (2, 4, 6, & 8 Yard)
- Dumpster damage caused by the customer will be charged back to the customer for repairs.
- Dumpster service requires a minimum commitment of one (1) year.
Items NOT accepted in dumpsters:
- Tires
- Paint
- Concrete
- Chemicals
- TVs
- Construction debris
- Dirt of any kind
- All refuse must remain within the confines of the dumpster and must not exceed the top or sides.
Property & Placement Disclaimer
- Due to the weight of our trucks, property damage may occur, including but not limited to driveways, curbs, lawn sprinkler systems, septic systems, shrubbery, or ground ruts.
- Please consider these conditions when instructing CTD where to place a dumpster.
Service Cancellation
- If you have CTD trash cans, you are responsible for monthly fees and applicable charges until you notify our office in writing or calling office.
